EXCHANGE POLICY

At Organic Hub, we strive to ensure that every order is delivered accurately and in excellent condition. If you need to exchange a product, please review the following policy carefully.

Exchange Eligibility

Customers may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving their order.

To process an exchange request, the product must be:

• In its original packaging.
• Unused and in the same condition as received.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or order details.

Free Exchange

Organic Hub will provide a free exchange if the issue is caused by our side, including:

• Wrong product delivered.
• Damaged product received.
• Incorrect quantity shipped.
• Any packing or dispatch error made by Organic Hub.

In these cases, Organic Hub will bear all exchange and delivery charges.

Customer-Initiated Exchange

If the customer wishes to exchange a product due to personal reasons, such as:

• Ordering the wrong item.
• Changing their preference after receiving the product.
• Not fully understanding the product before purchase.

The exchange request may still be accepted, provided it is made within 3 days of delivery.

In such cases, the customer will be responsible for all applicable delivery and exchange shipping charges.

Non-Exchangeable Products

Exchange requests will not be accepted if:

• More than 3 days have passed since delivery.
• The product has been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
• The original packaging is missing or significantly damaged.
• The product was purchased during a clearance or final sale (if applicable).

Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

1. Contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving your order.
2. Share your order number along with clear photos of the product (if required).
3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the exchange process.
4. Once approved, the exchange will be arranged according to the applicable policy.
