Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Organic Hub reserves the right to change product prices, offers, or promotions at any time without prior notice.
Orders
There is no minimum order value required to place an order.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. Organic Hub reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order if necessary.
Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order before it has been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping
We currently deliver only within Pakistan.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Karachi: 2–3 Working Days
- Other Cities: 4–6 Working Days
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by weather conditions, public holidays, courier services, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.
Returns & Exchanges
Organic Hub does not offer returns unless the product is expired upon delivery.
Exchange requests are accepted within 3 days of receiving the order under the following conditions:
- Wrong product delivered.
- Damaged product received.
- Company shipping error.
If the exchange request is due to an error made by Organic Hub, the exchange will be provided free of charge.
If the customer wishes to exchange a product for personal reasons (such as ordering the wrong item or changing their mind), the customer will be responsible for all applicable delivery charges.
Intellectual Property
All content available on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and website design, is the property of Organic Hub and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
