Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or if the product does not meet your expectations.
A return will only be accepted if:
- The product is expired at the time of delivery.
To request a return, customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving their order and provide clear photos of the product along with the order details.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:
- The product has been opened or used.
- The customer changes their mind after purchase.
- The customer ordered the wrong product.
- The product was not stored according to the recommended instructions.
- The return request is made after 3 days of delivery.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product has been received and inspected by our team, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed via Bank Transfer only.
Please allow a few business days for the refund to be completed after approval.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and your order details.
After verification, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or exchange at no additional cost if the issue occurred due to our mistake.
